For a long time, Cassper‘s detractors have said that Mufasa can’t rap and that his music is lousy. With all the negativity, the self-proclaimed Don Billiato has had his following supporting his craft along with his long-serving manager TLee.

Boss TLee remarked on Twitter that he is astounded by individuals who listen to Cassper’s music while still tolerating claims that Mufasa cannot rap. TLee went on to say that the famed rapper has worked with the greats in the game which include the likes of HHP, Tuks and Pro Kid amongst others.

Cassper Nyovest’s marketing ideas have also been questioned by his detractors. The rapper recently named amapiano sensation Toss as a Billiato brand ambassador, which drew much criticism. Cassper was accused of copying the photo shoot which was done by Tupac in 1996.

 “I knew people would criticise me. They criticise anything brilliant,” he said. “I was wishing they were going to remember the reference and why I did it. For me, when I look at Toss, I see Tupac. This guy comes from the hood and he is just himself. He oozes sex appeal, women like that.” Cassper Nyovest told Zimoja.
