Cassper Nyovest is officially at album 3! With the release of Thuto many fans have started debating and engaging on whether Thuto is really Cassper’s best album so far. To get a good representation of views , we ran a twitter and facebook poll to ask fans which album they consider superior.
The results were not necessarily supring drawing from both album’s reception when they dropped. I think musically speaking it’s clear Tsholofelo and Thuto were expected to dominate the debate as they were critically acclaimed. Whilst speaking on his musical progression, Cassper cited Cold Hearted on Tsholofelo as one of the songs he looks back at and wonder what inspired the high quality level of execution and lyricism at the time.
