Taking to Twitter, Cassper Nyovest has joined other fellow rappers to mourn the passing away of fellow rapper and amapiano sensation Costa Titch. Titch collapsed whilst performing on stage and Nyovest took time to express his condolences to the family and friends who have lost a loved one. “RIP Costa Titch. Condolences to his family and fans,” tweeted Cassper.

Despite expressing his sympathy following the passing away of Costa Titch, Cassper still fell victim to social media abuse. The rapper was accused of showing no gratitude to the artist passing away because he has been spending most of his time in the studio making music. “Artists are dying and wena you still wake up n go to studio,” read the tweet.

In response, Nyovest appeared not to want to create any form of debacle regarding the criticism he has received. The rapper expressed that he thanks God for every opportunity he gets to go into the studio and make music stating that he is aware of God’s existence. “And I thank God for that, everyday is a gift. I know God and I suggest you should get familiar with him too,” Cassper responded.

Cassper has been recently spending most of his time in the studio as he pointed out that he is working on releasing a music project. The rapper vehemently said that he misses making hip-hop music and he will be dropping it soon.  “Happy birthday hip-hop, 50 years of hip-hop, I miss you hip-hop, imma be back y’all n*ggas get ready,” he said.
