What ticket holders need to know

- There is no deadline to request a refund.
- Tickets will automatically remain valid for the next festival if holders choose to keep them.

- Click the Order icon (briefcase) in the top-right corner.
- Select View Order.
- Choose Make Changes.
- Click Cancel Order.
- Select Bank Account Refund.
- Enter your banking details carefully.
- Provide a reason for the refund and complete the prompts.
