Emtee Brags That He Has Lawyers & Threatens To Sue Journalists

Emtee has sent out a message that he has lawyers and intends to sue journalists and certain publications for defamation of character and false accusations.

Seeing how there have been a number of publications that have bee writing about him lately due to his current situation with his label Ambitiouz Entertainment – he didn’t specify which one.

The three publications that wrote original articles about the rapper include TshisaLIVE, City Press and Sunday World. The latest reports were from Sunday World which reported the statement AE had written about Emtee from how he crashed his two cars within two weeks and moved from his Midrand home because he was allegedly failing to pay rent and left one of the rooms damaged.

AE denied repossessing Emtee’s house.
“Emtee and his family decided to leave the rented house on the 22nd of April 2019 without informing the record label or the landlord.

“This was after the landlord raised several concerns to Emtee about the state of the house and the damage caused during his stay, including a room that was badly burned.

“The landlord further highlighted the water and refuse bill which was not paid for over a year, resulting in a bill of over R93,034. Instead of informing the label or taking responsibility, he opted to leave with his family without giving any legal notice. As a result, the label had to continue paying rent on an unoccupied house,” read the statement.

“Can one sue a publication/Writer for false accusations, deformation of character etc Lemmi know. Sinama lawyer phela,” he wrote.
