Taking to Twitter Ambitiouz Entertainment which is Emtee’s former record label sent their congratulations to the famed rapper. The Record expressed that they feel proud of Emtee’s success since they are the ones who made him become a household name in the game. “We made his name big. We feel proud.” Wrote Ambitiouz Entertainment on Twitter.

Emtee went on and rubbished the claims made by Ambitiouz on their tweet calling on his fans on the timeline to come, and witness the utterance made by his former record label. “Yo gang come see this sh*t🤣🤣🤣,” Emtee responded.

Ambitiouz Entertainment and Emtee have had a tumultuous history. The rapper has expressed his displeasure with the mistreatment he received at the record label. The Roll-Up hitmaker has mostly accused the record label of holding on to the awards he won whilst he was signed under the label.

“They decorate their homes and their offices, whilst my house is dry like I was never Emtee. Ngapha somehow I’m no longer verified and abahlali are told that I’m a druggy. No sir, just want what’s mine!” Emtee demanded.

The Hustler is not the only artist who has had a fallout with the record label with the likes of A-Reece, Fifi Cooper, Amanda Black, Sjava, and Priddy Ugly being amongst the artists who forced their way out of Ambitiouz Entertainment. Recently, the label has been in another dispute with Intaba Yase Dubai following the royalty issues of the hit song Mali Eningi with the artist revealing that he only gets R3 700 per month yet he has one of the biggest songs in the country.
