Breaking News: AKA Will No Longer Be Performing At Back To The City

2016 is looking like a good year for Hip Hop and when Hip Hop fans saw the Back To The City Flyer we got super excited because the Supa Mega’s name was on it but little did we know that the way it was on it was going to be the cause of our heartbreak.

The rapper has not performed at Back To The City since 2011 so he wanted to make his comeback this year and he wanted his name on the flyer the same way they have the international acts on the flyer but that wasn’t the case. The flyer has AKA’s name on it like every other SA Hip Hop artist.

The rapper will no longer be performing at the festival because they could not reach their end of their deal and he has released an official statement explaining the whole situation:
