PH Raw Opens Up About How Working With K.O Affected His Skills As An Engineer
A number of hip hop artists have collaborated on various projects in the industry. We get to see the finished product but not what it took to get to that point. PH RaW has let fans in on how it was putting together a project with K.O.
PH Raw identifies as more than a rapper but a producer, DJ or engineer as well. Possessing different skills for music has landed him opportunities which include working with artists such as Sho Madjozi, Riky Rick and Legacy.
Reminiscing on his collaboration with K.O he expressed a recall of how they went back and both for 5 times to get the perfect results.
“I remember @MrCashtime and I would jump from studio to car like 5 times until we had the mix right..for every song, without fail. My mixing skills grew drastically when I was engineering Cashtimes music,” wrote PH.
In response to the tweet K.O confirmed the statement.
While running Cashtime Records K.O dropped a number of songs. When the label collapsed it took a while for him to get back up but he did and has since reclaimed his position in the game.
Speaking on the separation of the members of the label K.O stated that he was affected by how he fell victim to the blame.
” felt after everyone had left I was the one exposed to public scrutiny, which made me look like the bad guy because I was always at the forefront,” said the Supa Dupa rapper.
