Vodacom Responds To Gemini Major Calling Their Service ‘Bullsh*t’. Producer Gemini Major becomes the latest rapper to call out Vodacom on their “poor service”.
The Right Now rapper took to twitter to express how enraged he was at how slow and unreliable the service has been. He stressed that he has been experiencing issues for months with no solution no matter the outcry.
“@Vodacom your fibre service is absolute bullshit,Y’all can’t be fuvking out at this time,Internet’s down every second day ,What exactly we paying for ??,Atleast 40% of the month it’s faulty,” complained Gemini.
The service provider’s Twitter account replied to Major.
“Hi There. Thanks for connecting. Please confirm if you have rebooted your Router,” they wrote.
They went on to add on what he can do to help his situation.
“Please do a speed test from the Fibre App and send us a screenshot of the results, your ID number and contact number via DM so that we can take a closer look.”
The response didn’t calm Gem down he insisted he tried all that they’ve suggested but it didn’t work.
“It would be nice if y’all responded to the internet problems as fast as you take the money ..Smh ,is the internet also on lockdown?” He asked.
