Yung Swiss Reacts To The Early Release Of Tekashi69 From Prison

Watch! Tekashi69 enjoying first day of Freedom!

Yung Swiss Reacts To The Early Release Of Tekashi69 From Prison. After serving a little over 2 years in prison Takashi is finally free and has already been seen enjoying the air outside of prison.

People have been expressing views regarding the early release.  He was set to go free in August. One of the people to comment is SA rapper Yung Swiss.

Tekashi was granted a two year sentence after testifying against Nine Trey Gang last year in November. His testimony impressed others while it left some rather displeased with him.

Federal prosecutors in Manhattan had described his cooperation against members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods as “extraordinary” and “extremely useful.”

But the judge, Paul A. Engelmayer, said the conduct Mr. Hernandez admitted to was too serious to justify his immediate release from custody, which his lawyer had sought.

“Your conduct was too violent, too sustained, too destructive, too selfish and too reckless with respect to public safety to make a sentence of 13 months at all reasonable,” the judge said, listing the litany of shootings and robberies that Mr. Hernandez, 23, had admitted to being a part of.

As the trial proceeded, the Gucci rapper ended up expressing great regret for his action.

“I know I was wrong,” he said through tears. “I was weak. I was easily influenced. I can’t believe that was me. Again, your honor, there is no apology good enough.”

Now he has been released he is enjoying freedom.

“6ix9ine has Officially been released from Prison earlier today. (Court Delayed making the order public for everyone’s safety). Also it doesn’t seem that there is any restrictions as of yet in terms of social media activity. Only allowed to leave house to visit attorney,” read earlier reports.
