Nasty C Shares The Stage Name He May Change Into And More. Late last year reports emerged of former label demanding Nasty C to drop his stage name.

After mizing the issue for a while he reveals that he has been thinking on it and has shared what he may change his name to.

The 23 year-old rapper rose into fame using the name Nasty C, he was initially signed to FreeWorld Music then transferred to Mabala Noise. The transfer didn’t detach him entirely from Free World Music, years later the label slapped the rapper with a lawsuit alongside Mabala Noise.

The dispute amounted to R4.5m suit brought against Nasty C and Mabala Noise by Freeworld Music for alleged breach of contract and unpaid services.

In the lawsuit claims the stable stated that it gave Nasty C his stage name and demanded that he drops it because he didn’t own the rights after leaving them.

He didn’t respond to the news but has recently made it clear that he is on a process of changing his name. When asked during an interview of Blood And Water premier Nasty said he would call himself Ivyson.

Ivyson is a name he has already been using for his tour across the continent and as logo to his Merch. He even has a tattoo , which proves how serious he is in using the name full time.

In addition to the name change he revealed a lot more about himself from his favourite Netflix show which is Walking Dead, favourite actor Rick Grimes, Subject he almost failed in school which is Physical Sciences and the fact that he has no celebrity crush.
