“I put so many rappers on so they can eat,” SA Rappers React To DJ C-Live’s Statement. SA Hip hop DJ C-Live real name Clive Tshabalala recently put out a reminder of how greatly he contributed on SA’s music industry.

Tshabalala informed those who weren’t aware and reminded those who did that he put so many rappers on in the spotlight so they can eat. He didn’t mention names but fellow celebrities and rappers reacted honestly to his proud claims.

“I broke so many songs on radio before Hip Hop was cool and I put so rappers many on just so they can eat. I’ve been a pioneer of the music culture in S.A,” wrote C-Live.

One of the people to comment was DJ Clock who said “And no one will recognize that in S.A. S.A is about trends, not about who’s the legend period and what did the legend contributed… Mxm. Be strong my King… Tomorrow when you making it across oceans, they fast to own up or feel entitled about your success.”
