How Cassper Threw A Shade On AKA For Calling His Project An EP. For a few months after fans have been begging him to drop an album, Mega announced that he will be releasing an EP instead. With the release date of Bhovamania already shared, it led to some ‘shades’.
Hip hop DJ Zan D took to twitter to share that SA Hip hop artists must stop calling their projects EP’s. Knowing that AKA is one artist who has promised fans an EP, Cass replied to Zan’s tweet throwing a visible shade to his rival.
The Good For That rapper threw around implications that the success of top charting album is giving fellow stars chest pains.

Speaking on the reason he chose to refer to Bhovamania as an EP Mega explained that he was trying to do something different.
“Don’t get so stuck on the word “album”. The only reason I’m calling it an “EP” is because it’s the first time I use a concept to guide the process,” he wrote.
He further on added that : “Only reason I’m calling it an EP is because for the first time I’m doing a project according to a THEME with no rules and ultimate freedom of expression lyrically and musically.”
