Here’s The Title Nota Just Gave To Focalistic In SA Hip Hop! There has been an ongoing debate on what genre of music Focalistic falls under and whilst the jury is still out on that, Nota has delivered his verdict.

Others have labelled Focalistic as an Amapiano artist whilst he also viewed as a hip hop artist. After a popular tweep questioned Focalistic’s position in SA Hip Hop saying, “Is Focalistic is a hiphop artist or yonke insipho iyawasha?“

In response, Nota took to Instagram to share his thoughts labelling Focalistic as the new king of Motswako. “MTVBase hottest MC @focalistic is the #NewKingOfMotswako what a performance on #LockdownHouseParty,” Nota said.

Back in 2020, Nota defended Focalistic after DJ pH said that rappers who do other genres should not be called hip hop artists.
