AKA recently took to twitter to engage with fans about a number of topics. The award winning rapper and his fans engaged about who he would collaborate with in the future, questions around his music. One fan even asked AKA how much he’d charge for a pair of his SneAKA’s.
A fan took the opportunity to ask AKA who he feels the most underrated SA rapper in the industry is. The fan simply tweeted, “Who’s the most underrated artist in this industry?“
AKA responded that he felt fellow rapper and friend L-Tido was the most underrated in the country. He tweeted, “Hmmmm … Probably L Tido.“
The two rappers have collaborated before on a number of tracks, including L-Tido’s hit track Thixo featuring Yanga Chief. Other collaborations the two have done together include No Favours and Amen off AKA’s Touch My Blood album.
AKA had also answered a question from a fan who asked who would AKA consider making a collaborative project with. He mentioned that him and Yanga Chief owe fans an EP but he would also consider working with Sjava.
He also said that he would consider making a project with Emtee, however for them to make the project together they would have to live in the same house for about a month to grasp the concept.
In his Q&A with fans on twitter, the Finessin‘ rapper also praised his producer Master A Flat as one of the greatest musicians he has ever worked with.
