Apple Music’s Ebro Darden Gives Rouge A Shout Out For Her New Single ‘W.A.G’. Ebro Darden also known as OldmanEbro, has always been fairly intrigued by SA Hip Hop and has even interviewed a couple of our rappers. He is always on the streets looking for more stuff to jam too.

Rouge recently dropped her brand new single W.A.G featuring African giants Sarkodie and Youssoupha and fans have been loving the release. She took to twitter to thank everyone who has supported the single release, and wrote “You ou guys haveee beeeeen showing love to #WAG FT Youssoupha and Sarokdie thank you so much“.

Ebro responded to the Popular hitmaker’s tweet writing that that the record is fire and that Rouge really has one with this record. “This record is Fire Rouge got one #WAG“.

Ebro has interviewed some of SA’s top rappers before and dived deeper into their music allowing a bigger audience to be introduced to their music. Ebro has sat down with the likes of Sjava, AKA, Shane Eagle, A-Reece and YoungstaCPT.

In a Twitter Q&A, Rouge has promised that the music video for the single will be dropping soon. She mentioned that she’ll be bringing Youssoupha and Sarkodie to South Africa for the shoot. When asked why she decided to have them feature on the track the multi award winning rapper explained that she was frustrated by everyone comparing her, and she wanted heavyweights on the track that could body her. She lastly said that they are also her favourite rappers.

Rouge said that her plans after the release of the music video is to just drop more music, and to wrap up her upcoming album. She hasn’t said when fans can expect her album, but if the three tracks she has dropped in 2021 are anything to go by we’re in for a treat.
