Emtee’s Album ‘Logan’ Achieves Major Streaming Numbers On Audiomack 2 Weeks After It’s Release. Multi award winning rapper Emtee had a strong and successful comeback with his first independent album release ‘Logan’. The album has been loved by SA Hip Hop fans and fellow industry rappers marking it as one of the most loved releases of 2021 so far. Besides the album release itself, Emtee still has more to give.

Emtee Speaks On His Mental State While Making His 'Logan' Album

The Saam Sokol‘ rapper recently took to twitter to share the amazing streaming milestone for ‘Logan’. Emtee revealed that the album release has achieved one million streams on streaming platform Audiomack. He simply tweeted an image with the news captioning it “eMtee Records“.

Soon after it’s release, Logan shot up to number one spot on the Apple Music Hip-Hop/Rap Charts. The album was one of the most highly anticipated releases of 2021 with many excited to see what Emtee would do on this release. The project features the likes of J-Smash, Flash iKumkani, Lolli Native, Gwamba and Moozlie.

Moozlie mentioned that she was grateful for the opportunity to feature on Emtee’s album because she recorded the verse at a time when everyone was hating on her. She said Emtee was one person who believed in her.

In an interview on the launch day of Logan, Emtee explained what his mental health was like while he was cooking up the album. He mentioned that he was in an unstable state of mind but he is grateful that everything was from the heart. He also highlighted that it spoke to everything that was happening in his life at the time.

Emtee has mentioned that he plans to drop two music videos in 2021 for his tracks iThemba off the Logan album and Johustleburg. He has not mentioned when fans can expect the upcoming music videos but fans can expect the drop anytime in 2021.
