Ntsiki Mazwai Names Her Top Three Rappres And Explains Why Nasty C Doesn’t Make The Cut. Artist and Poet Ntsiki Mazwai has always been shunned upon because of her controversial opinions. Ntsiki has weighed in on various things in SA Hip Hop including leaked photos and videos of AKA’s relationship with Anele Tembe.

Ntsiki recently took to her Twitter page to name her top three SA rappers. Out of a community of more than 30 artists, Ntsiki’s top three featured some of the biggest names in SA Hip Hop. She named L-Tido and Maggz as her two favourites then mentioned that multi award winning Kwesta shuts the both L-Tido and Maggz down.

A tweep asked Ntsiki Mazwai what her thoughts are on Nasty C. She responded to the tweep saying that she finds him mediocre but nonetheless she recognizes his talents.

“Yazi I find him mediocre eish…. But ngiyambongela“.

Ntsiki Mazwai is certainly not someone who will hold back on her opinions no matter how much they sting. She previously blasted AKA and Cassper saying that the two had killed SA Hip Hop. In her Twitter rant she continued to say that ProKid’s generation of rappers rapped about social issues while both AKA and Cassper rapped about booze.

Whilst fans had their own opinions about what Ntsiki had to say she stood strong in her own opinion saying that we need conscious rap in South Africa that doesn’t call women b*tches.

With AKA having been in the spotlight after the passing of his fiancée and leaked photos and videos rising to the surface of his relationship with Anele, Ntsiki mentioned that it was awkward for her when the rapper’s videos played on television. She stood alongside her GBV Organization Women For Change when they called for the rapper’s music to be muted on all local radio stations and on digital streaming platforms.
