Cassper Responds To Backlash Over Gifting His RF990 Sneakers To Celebs Only. Cassper Nyovest is not fazed by what critics have to say about him when it comes to the moves he makes. The rapper seems to get that the public will always have something to say regarding everything that he does. The rapper has received flak this time for simply doing PR drops of his RF990 sneaker to celebrities only and he is not taking the hate lying down.
Cassper responded to a tweep, who criticized him for giving away shoes to people who can afford 20 pairs without hurting their pockets instead of giving sneakers to true fans. The rapper caught wind of the tweet and responded to the fan. In his response, Cassper said that last week the same thing, he did was done by Orlando Pirates and no one was mad. “Orlando Pirates did it last week and nobody was mad. Is the problem Cassper Nyovest ? Or Keng ? Hahah bafethu ke le entseng Mara?” tweeted the rapper.
Popular DJ Prince Kaybee also added his comment to the conversation by sharing tweets that were throwing shade at the rapper. Whilst Prince Kaybee did not mention Cassper’s name, the message in his tweet was directed at him. “Another thing about celebrities is the disconnect to the fans, they can’t seem to put back value where they got it from. For instance you give away samples to celebrity friends and never to the people that bring the value, so now it creates a talking point but never an impact,” tweeted the DJ.
The rapper is clearly not bothered by the comments and knows exactly what he is doing, he even took to Twitter to share just how calculated he is and let tweeps know that they don’t even understand. “Yall don’t understand how calculated I am. I sooooo good at what I do” tweeted the rapper. Cassper in his tweet even referred to himself as “Mastermind”.
The rapper also shared that he is “killing this shit” and he’s just getting started. It’s not certain what other plans he has in store but according to him his “got so much more in store”. “Don’t be fooled by the fact that the boy cleaned up and went corporate. I’m still a township kid with a fire spirit. Ha ke sbaye sa lona. I work hard and I make sure I get it done! I’m killing this shit and I’m just getting started!!! I got so much more in store!!! Watch my feet!” shared Cassper.
The rapper has previously said that he is working on becoming a billionaire, no one is sure how far he is from reaching his goal but it’s hard not to see the work, he has put in so far. His single SIyathandana is climbing the charts, collecting streaming numbers and his sneaker is available at all Drip stores.
Cassper is clearly not bothered by Prince Kaybee’s comments or anyone’s especially if they are negative and have no impact on his plans, which from what he is showing the world are going well. Soon than many think the rapper might just reach billionaire status.
