Flash Ikumkani Confirms He’s No Longer Working With Emtee Records. Emtee and Flash Ikumkani are finally coming forward and setting things straight when it comes to the state of their relationship. The move by the two rappers comes after pressure from fans, as they have been asking them questions in quests to find out what’s up between them. The two have taken to their respective Twitter pages and respond to a few of those burning questions. Whilst there might have been a little drama between the two judging from their tweets, there is still mutual respect between them.
Fans will not be getting the actual reason Flash Ikumkani left Emtee Records as he says it’s “nun of your business” and that seems to be also the same from Emtee as he retweeted Flash’s tweet. However, it does seem that Flash never wanted to ink a deal with Emtee Records. Whilst the two rappers will not be going forward with their working relationship, they are at a place now where they mutually understand each other. Emtee was honest and said that Flash leaving did hurt him deep inside.
Emtee was asked by a fan on Twitter to clarify rumours that Flash Ikumkani is no longer a part of Emtee Records. The heartbroken fan was in luck as Emtee responded to him and let the tweep know that he should ask Flash as he is “busy”. Flash responded to Emtee’s busy tweet and said “caba mna ndingumntu nje ongenzinto?? Anyway Thankyou for everything you did for me my idol”
Well, Flash had time and responded to several tweeps and clarified the rumours around his name, and let fans know that he is no longer a part of Emtee records but he is “forever grateful”. Flash responded to another tweet, which was sending out a false narrative about his situation with Emtee and tweeted that what was written in the tweet is not the truth and confirmed that he is not working with the label.
Flash not working with Emtee does not mean that he has beef with the award-winning rapper, he confirmed this to another tweep. Some fans have taken the news that Flash is no longer a part of Emtee Records hard but the rapper is not bothered by the negative vibes. Flash even shared that he still looks up to Emtee despite them not working together.
The energy is also the same for Emtee’s side, when one tweep accused the rapper of doing to Flash what Ambitiouz did to him and accused him of giving Flash a hard time, he gave a very strong response on where things stand. “What hard time!?!? Awunyi perhaps? I don’t have a contract with lil dude! Made no money with dude but spent money on dude. Man shrugging he left. I ain’t tripping on nothing,” tweeted Emtee. The Roll Up hitmaker also shared that Flash didn’t stab him in the back, as claimed by one tweep, he simply left and texted “thank you”
The rappers are “cool” with each other but this does not mean they will not be speaking on their truths when it comes to the situation.
