Emtee Explains Why We Won’t Have A ‘One Man Show’ From Him Anytime Soon

Emtee Explains Why We Won’t Have A ‘One Man Show’ From Him Anytime Soon. One man show’s in South Africa have become a big deal and have become an excellent way for artists to show off their talents whilst performing their greatest hits to a packed crowd. Rappers Sjava, Cassper Nyovest and AKA are Mzansi rappers who have put on one-man shows for their fans and now rap fans are calling for Emtee, to be the next rapper to put on a legendary show.

Taking to Twitter, a fan told Emtee that “we really need your one man show,” the fan’s request did not go unnoticed by the rapper, who responded to him and said, “Not in the crime hub called South Ah”. Emtee’s response was rather negative, and not the one fans were hoping for, as many would have hoped by now, he would have had a change of heart when it comes to one-man shows.

The rapper in 2019 made his feeling clear about one-man shows after being told by a tweep that he could pull a one-man show. At the time, Emtee responded, “Jealousy is not a joke. I’m at peace with the fact that I may never have one at all”. Years later Emtee is still singing the same tune but with different lyrics. Emtee fans are not the only one’s manifesting a one-man show from Emtee, his fellow collaborator Sjava is here for the rapper, giving his fans what they want. The ‘Asina Muva’ hitmaker responded to a tweep asking for an “Emtee one man show” and let know that he has “beeeeeeeeeen Telling him”.

If Emtee wanted to host a show, it would not be tough as he has the perfect person by his side to assist him, do so, as Sjava is no stranger to one-man shows. Sjava’s one-man show ‘A Night With Sjava’ held in Durban, sold out tickets a month before the show even took place, the award-winning rapper even had to add a second night as the demand for tickets was just too high.
