Major League DJz Pick Their Least Favourite Amongst Cassper, Riky Rick And Maphorisa. Major League DJs are the latest guests on Youtuber Lasizwe’s latest episode of Drink or Tell The Truth. The first question that the DJs had to answer was a spicy and tough one for the DJs to respond to but they answered honestly. Their response, however, does leave one thinking how??
Lasizwe kicks things off by explaining to the twin DJz, how the game works, each person, Lasizwe included will pick a question from a bowl and answer that question. The questions are things that fans would like to know. Lasizwe then explains that if someone does not want to answer a specific question they will then have to drink the concoction that Lasizwe’s content director has prepared.
Lasizwe is the first person to pick a question for the DJs, and it’s one that Major League was never ready for. “From the people, I am about to mention who is your least favourite Maphorisa, Riky Rick, Cassper Nyovest,” asked Lasizwe. The DJs were taken aback by the question and are heard saying “least favourite” and “sjoe” as they figure out how to answer the difficult question, that fans would really like to answer.
The DJz have formed great relationships with each of these musicians. Major League have worked with Cassper Nyovest on several projects, they have collaborated on several tracks such as Skhaftin, Le Plane E’Landile and Uthando to name a few. The Major League DJz are currently making huge waves in the amapiano scene with their Amapiano Balcony Mix series on Youtube. In May, Major League released an episode of Amapiano Balcony Mix Africa featuring DJ Maphorisa which they shot in Ghana. DJ Maphorisa has a huge influence in the amapiano world and the DJz have a relationship with him to take the amapiano to the world. Not only are Major League DJz former collaborators with Riky Rick they are also family as they are cousins. The DJz and rapper have worked on songs such as Zulu Girls and Do Better.
“That one is a hectic one,” says one of the twins. “Riky is my cousin, Cassper I’ve known him for like 15 years, Porry we’ve known him for like 10, 12 years,” he says. The second twin goes on to add “that right now I’m building a dope relationship with Maphorisa, so I can’t say”
The first twin then says “If I say Riky, I think I can say Riky but he’s my cousin he will understand it’s for the show. Cassper Nyovest ahh it would be personal, it would be something. I think I can say Riky.” “I’m angry at him, he did something last week,” the second twin as he also chooses Riky as his least favourite person from the options given. Lasizwe then says “so both of you guys Riky, hectic. Riky you better sort out your issues with the twins.”
The twins seem to have chosen Riky because he is the safest answer because as their cousin he will most likely understand, why the twins choose, unlike their industry friends, with who they are trying to maintain relationships.
