Reason Clears Up Those Samkelo Ndlovu Dating Rumours. Mzansi celebrities are often mistaken to be dating other individuals in the industry after they have been spotted together. Sometimes the public gets it right and indeed those individuals are romantically linked but this is not the case. Circles are small in the entertainment industry and often people are just good friends with no strings attached. However, since the lives of celebrities have become a talking point for fans they do often get grilled on who they are romantically linked to.
It’s been several months since Reason and LootLove called it quits. The two since they announced their break-up last keep have kept who they are dating a private affair, however that has not stopped the rumours. The award-winning rapper has even been linked to actress and now musician Samkelo Ndlovu. During his interview on Real Goboza on SABC 1, Reason made sure to clear up those rumours and shared what is really going on between him and Samkelo.
Samora Mangesi during the episode said to Reason, “Samkelo Ndlovu, there are rumours that you and her are together. Is it true?” Without hesitation, Reason said that no, Samkelo and he are not together. “No, no, no. Me and Samy are working. I write her music. So she transitioned from acting. She was actually the other person giving me lessons in acting because she wanted to go into music and then I wanted to go into acting. So I wrote a few of her songs. Genuinely you know there’s Joburg culture, if they see a guy rolling with a girl, whether they’re artists or musicians, it’s just these ones are smashing. So I think that’s where it comes from,” shared Reason. “It literally is work like I’ve been writing songs,” the rapper added.
Reason is not the only rapper who has found himself having a partner because of speculation. Rapper Gigi Lamayne found herself riding that boat after DJ Speedsta claimed to have seen Gigi and rapper Blxckie looking a little cosy together. DJ Speedsta on his radio show, Absolute Hip Hop on Metro FM shared with Gigi that he saw her with Blxckie at his listening party, looking very comfortable. “Maybe, I’m wrong or maybe I was seeing things but I’m pretty sure that I saw you kissy kissy with Blxckie there or am I crazy?” Speedsta told Gigi. The rapper poured cold water over Speedsta’s speculation and shared that Blxckie and her are just friends and have a working relationship, the two collaborated on a song together.
