Moozlie Responds To Views That Her Album Lacks Creativity & Songs Follow The Same Pattern

Moozlie Responds To Views That Her Album Lacks Creativity & Songs Follow The Same Pattern. Rapper Nomuzi Mabena has finally let loose her long awaited body of work titled The Spirit Of An OG. As expected the reviews to the project were mixed.

Spirit Of An OG is Moozlie’s third big offering following Victory album and Versus EP which included hits Vatel and Sfun’ukwazi leading to her 2018 win of Best Female rapper at the SA Hip Hop Awards. Her rap talent might be in question but she stops at nothing and is doing so as an independent artist who follows her own rules.

While others were granting praise to the new album, other tweeps expressed and agreed that the rapper wasn’t creative enough in her songs and followed the same pattern. She replied by stating she wanted to expose her versatility and have a theme.

“The boom bap vibes are definitely the foundation of the project but I definitely think it’s an epic display of my versatility overall. I appreciate you taking the time out to listen tho,” wrote Mooz.

“ATTENTION APPLE MUSIC USERS‼️ “OBVIOUS” is now available for you guys. You may need to redownload the project to get it. Apologies for the inconvenience,” she announced.
