Makwa Apologies To DJ Maphorisa Following Recent Social Media Fight. Things have been known to get out of hand at times on social media. Twars and beefs are easily created on social media when things that are said are taken the wrong way. When you are a public figure this sometimes happens often, most recently South Ah hit producers Makwa and DJ Maphorisa found themselves at loggerheads. However, just days later, the two artists have managed to smoke a peace pipe and make amends.

DJ Maphorisa and Makwa caused a stir when Maphorisa got in his feelings and came for “disrespectful” Makwa. Maphorisa during his rant even suggested that he made Makwa, as he was riding on the wave Maphorisa made. Makwa hit back at the claims and the two producers exchanged words on Facebook. The two shared several posts that were directed at each other. Following Maphorisa’s apology, Makwa has also issued an apology to his big bro and explained he acted out of character.

Makwa took to his Facebook page and wrote, “I’m sorry too big bro I acted out character I promise it won’t happen again.” Makwa had reshared Maphorisa’s apology post for his recent online behaviour. In his apology, Maphorisa explained he tripped and at times he does become soft and sensitive. He apologized to Makwa and let him known that he loves him. “I tripped sorry guys I become soft n sensitive sometimes. Makwa I love u boy I’m sorry I tripped,” wrote Maphorisa. Fans were glad to see that Maphorisa and Makwa were able to make peace, after all, they do have a history together.

Both producers are credited with creating Kwesta biggest hits. Makwa produced Kwesta’s hit song, Spirit and Maphorisa produced Ngud. In his rant, Maphorisa has claimed that Makwa coped his format for his track, Spirit. “Makwa shut da fuck up ur whole career was made after ur copied my wave from Ngud’ by kwesta n u created Spirit n etc…… Fix urself n fucken work hard for ur shit,” wrote DJ Maphorisa. In an interview with TshisaLIVE, Makwa addressed the lean claims Maphorisa levelled against him. “I was drinking lean with Maphorisa back then… I quit six months ago. [About] what he said about me taking drugs, I do not take any drugs he wanted to just taint my name…I just have to put it out there…” explained Makwa.
