With everything he has achieved for the past ten years, from his music release, music deals and business the majority of hip hop followers in Mzansi agreed that Cassper Nyovest was so deserving of the Hip Hop Artist of The Decade Award. Besides scooping the artist of the decade award, Cassper also managed to pull some big business moves with the release of his new footwear sneaker brand “Root Of Fame.”

Mzansi was overjoyed with the native Drip merch and most people have been rocking it on the streets. The rapper collaborated with Mzansi footwear firm Drip Footwear to release two pairs of sneakers. Earlier this year, the rapper reportedly struck a R100 million agreement with Drip Footwear owner Lekau Sehoana.
