The rapper has been recording music since 2011, and after pushing hard to secure his reputation, he released his debut album, Something Unknown. However, his song with Sjava “Gawulubheke” showed his rapping capabilities at the same time he maintained the relations to work with the best in the game.

Nonetheless, with the SA Hip hop Awards coming up, Sjava shared his despair via his Twitter TL in regards to the “Gawulubheke” not getting a nod for the SA Hip Hop Awards Nominees. “Gawulubheke not nominated at the Hip Hop Awards ?,” tweeted Sjava.

Sjava has not been nominated in the upcoming SAHHA but he has weighed in his opinions on who he thinks should win the awards in different categories. Recently, in the never-ending debate of the SA Hip Hop Artist of The Decade Award, Sjava did not hesitate to share who he thinks deserves it. And this time around, his reactions towards the “Gawulubheke” track not getting a nod might not come as a surprise to many.

Sjava might not have garnered enough impressions to get nominated for the awards, but he has released some good projects that have led to many sing along in Mzansi. The likes of Umcebo, Balele and the one he featured Musiholiq are performing well on the charts.
