Cassper’s Label ‘Family Tree’ On Hold Due To Debts, He Explains

Cassper has opened up about the situation on his label Family Tree and things aren’t looking good.

Earlier this year SundayWorld reported that Cassper’s label was involved in tax issues apparently owing SARS over R3 Million. The paper alleged that SARS would repossess the stable’s assets if the money isn’t paid in due time. Nyovest hadn’t spoken about the matter until recently.

A fan asked on Twitter on the condition of Family Tree and the rapper revealed that the label is on hold due to financial difficulties. He said that after the FillUp Moses Mabhida show last year he lost a lot of money.

“The Family Tree Office/Studios are on hold for now. Went through a ditch after Mabhida. Had to pay 7 million rand in debt , then the tax thing happened as well.”

With the success of his Move For Me video and partnership with SAMSUNG the rapper assured fans that he will recover soon and resume to rock.

“I’m only starting to recover now. Should be back in progress in a couple of months and then we rock.” He tweeted.
