Tito Mboweni Drives Hours To Dine With Sho Madjozi
Minister of Finance Tito Mboweni shared on social media that he took time out of his busy schedule to pay a visit to the multi-award winner Sho Madjozi.
Tito said he drove 2 hours from Joburg to Limpopo to dine and wine with Sho Madjozi to celebrate her win and show appreciation for her win.
At the SAMAs25 which took place this past weekend Sho Madjozi scooped two awards for Best Newcomer and Best Female Artist Of The Year. The Tsonga rapper is also nominated for Best International Act on the upcoming BET Awards to take place in Los Angeles, America.
Tito felt it was best to visit the star since he also hails from Limpopo, to celebrate putting a shine to the province. “I drove for two hours to have a traditional lunch at her home at Shirley Village. Elim area. Limpopo. Last weekend, she won SAMA Awards. Great young musician ! MuChangana musician! Swa mani leswi? Swa yena,” wrote the Minister.
