Lucasraps Responds To A-Reece Following “The Best Rapper In Africa” Claims. A-Reece sparked outrage on social media after claiming to be Africa’s best rapper. SA hip hop is encompassed with bragging as part of the lifestyle and A-Reece is not the first one to do so nor will he be the last one.

Taking to Twitter, the Pretoria rapper claimed to be the best rapper in the African continent and that triggered a lot of people on the timeline. Big Xhosa was one of the rappers who rebuked A-Reece‘s claims mentioning that it won’t happen whilst he is still around. “Not while I’m still here babes.” Tweeted Big Xhosa.

With all the responses that have been coming towards Reece’s claims, Lucasraps‘ response is the one that gained traction. In response to the tweet, the Padorn My French muso released a Soundcloud single titled “BEST RAPPER IN AFRICA.”

What makes it more interesting is that Lucasraps samples Riky Rick’s 2017 instrumental “Pick You Up,” which featured A-Reece. What will be more interesting is to see if A-Reece will also flex his pen game and respond to Lucasraps. We might be heading towards something interesting.
