Watch! Reason Reveals His Favourite Album From His Hip Hop Collection. SA rappers have always taken pride in their work in the game. The SA hip-hop culture has been receiving sticks for not living up to the competition that it is facing from other music genres precisely the Amapiano.

With all the negativity towards the rap game in South Ah, rappers like Reason, despite him jumping to the Yanos movement will always take pride in what they have done for the culture. Reason now called Sizwe Alakine in the Yanos has produced many songs in SA hip hop.

The rapper had to remind his fans what he has achieved after sharing his hip-hop collection on his Instagram stories. In the video, Reason described his hip-hop collection as “Legacy” as he pointed out “Reason Audio High Definition” as his favourite project.

Even though he has jumped into Amapiano, the rapper made it known that he is proud that as an artist he is capable of making both sounds, Hip hop and Amapiano. “For me, what is important is to know that I am able to make Hip-Hop music and that I am able to make Amapiano music because that is where my society is and my country is,” explained Reason as per The Insider SA.

Furthermore, the rapper has intended to spread his unique take on the music genre to the rest of the world. “I want to champion this sound, I want to create a new element to this sound, … and I want to be one of the first people to actually take this sound to the rest of the world.”
