 AKA‘s devoted followers, known as The Megacy, have praised him for his amusing response to a man kissing him during the Spring Jump Off on Saturday, September 3, in Lesotho. Musa Khawula, a divisive and criticized social media blogger, tweeted a brief video of AKA’s interaction with the unidentified man.

In a video shared, the World Is Yours hitmaker can be seen greeting a man with a hug. In the instant that follows, the man leans in and kissed AKA on the cheek. The rapper was not comfortable with the gesture and he politely pushed away but the man claimed it was an Italian style of greeting.

Many Twitter users were in stitches after seeing the brief video of the interaction, and some praised AKA for not hitting the man or acting irrationally.

This is not the first time the Supermega has been involved in greeting a man with a kiss. A couple of years ago, a video of him went viral after he kissed one of his friends on the cheek as a joke in celebration of the the Cruz Vodka Watermelon launch.

The father of one went on and addressed that he was just having fun with his homie who has a wife and kids at that time. “That’s the owner of Rockets man! Shaun, he’s my homie ???? … he got excited. He got a wife and kids man!! It’s a North thing I guess, I love him and he loves me okay! ????,” AKA tweeted clarifying the incident.
