Nasty C has enjoyed a successful year and being the first South African artist to perform live at the reputable MTV EMA Awards will always be a moment he will cherish forever. At the MTV EMA Awards, the rapper appeared on stage with Nigerian DJ Spinall and Ayanna performing the song “Power (Remember Who You Are).”
In a video shared on Twitter, Nasty C can be seen dishing out his best raps with the audience roaring in cheers because of his delivery. With the support of some of the biggest names in the South African music industry, including AKA, Blxckie, and Emtee, the award-winning artist’s career reached even higher heights in 2022.
Nasty C is amongst the SA rappers who managed to deliver a music project this year in Ivyson Mixtape which featured contributions from Emtee, Blxckie and Cassper Nyovest. As if that was not enough, Nasty C managed to combine the two things love which is music and gaming. The rapper hosted the Ivyson Gaming Tournament which was also summed up with live music performances with the likes of Cassper Nyovest, AKA and Nadia Nakai all gracing the event.
As we head towards the new year, Nasty C also promised his fans that he will drop a new album in 2023. The rapper stated that he is currently working with top producers to make sure he delivers the best sound for his fans.
