Offset Tattooed ‘Cardi B’ On His Neck! Following the Offset and Cardi B relationship, things seem to be a lot more serious between the nearly-weds.

After Offset proposed to Cardi B in front of the whole world, this relationship became a high profile one. Later on in  the relationship, things seemed to be taking a turn for the worse after Offset cheated on her. Some thought it was the end but it has proven to be the beginning in the Offset, Cardi B saga.

To show how serious Offset is about his engagement to Cardi B, Offset went and got Cardi B’s name on his neck. He had the tattoo done  underneath a powerpuff girls tattoo.
