Following the news of the passing of AKA, Da L.E.S instantly postponed the All-white pool party which was set to take place on the 11th of February 2023. “11th Feb 🤍 #SaveTheDate” 💙, wrote Da L.E.S. Now that the rapper has laid to rest his friend, the Lifestyle hitmaker has announced a new date for the party.

Da L.E.S took to Instagram stories and uploaded a short clip with the new date, February 25th. That is this Saturday. “Da L.E.S All White Pool Party Saturday 25 February,” read the poster. Da L.E.S all-white parties have always served some good moments as the rapper gathers with celebrities to have a good time.

This year’s event might feel a bit different for the rapper as he has lost one of his close industry friends in AKA after he was shot and killed in Durban. Da L.E.S took to Twitter and shared all the good moments he had with AKA as mourned the slain rapper. “Souls lost. Now let the rain pour,” he tweeted.
