Big Xhosa Gives Fans A Glimpse Into His Studio Session With Cassper. For an artist who kicked off his rap career with a controversial diss track aimed at fellow SA rappers, Big Xhosa’s recent musical transition has been nothing but remarkable.
The rapper started taking his music trajectory seriously after he released his first-ever album “Almost Time.” The project did garner decent numbers on the streaming platforms, but what Big Xhosa managed to do well was to mend his relationships with fellow rappers and OGs in the game whom he has jested.
Taking to Instagram, the Ninyile rapper shared a video clip with Cassper Nyovest and the talented Moonchild Sanelly. Not only were Cassper and Moonchild gracing the studio with Big Xhosa but the room was packed with other artists and producers. “In studio with Cassper Nyovest, who else do you see here?” Wrote Big Xhosa.
Big Xhosa has not revealed much about the music he is working on with Cassper Nyovest and Moonchild. But he has been moving gracefully in the music industry following his successful collaboration with Big Zulu on the track My Ex.
“My Ex” has made waves on the music streaming platforms and the fans have embraced the joint as they made TikTok videos singing along to the beautifully crafted Pop single. The hook lines “Izolo I just met this fine girl, she made me change my mind…” has been the trend amongst the Big Xhosa and Big Zulu fans pushing the song’s music video to over 200K viewers.
Having provided his fans with a sneak peek into his studio session with Cassper, it remains to be seen whether they will drop music that not only impresses the fans but also surpasses his previous work with Big Zulu.
