K.O Seeks To Elevate SkhandaWorld Record Label With New Signing. Besides being one of South Africa’s most acclaimed rappers, K.O is actively dedicated to transforming SkhandaWorld Record into the ultimate hub for emerging talents and seasoned artists alike.

At present, Skhanda World Record boasts two artists, namely Roiii and Loki, following the departure of Ma-E, JustBheki, and DJ Mr X. However, K.O’s manager Tsholofelo Moremedi alongside Skhanda World Record Label Manager Gobbs held a meeting discussing the future of their brand and the artists Roiii and Loki.

The discussion arose while they were deliberating whether to terminate the contracts of Roiii and Loki. “What I want to understand is, going into it, that so just we’re aligned should we decided to terminate, what’s the way forward?” Gobbs asked K.O during the meeting aired on BET’s Inside Life With K.O reality show.

Responding to the suggestion, K.O emphasized that they cannot afford to part ways with the current artists, as they are still in the process of building. Instead, he proposed the addition of another artist to the lineup.

“Truly speaking, because we still building a label we might find ourselves having to add another person (an artist),” K.O said. “We have the two gents, but that’s all we have if it was working smoothly and we were seeing returns we wouldn’t be having a conversation, we would just move over.

“We also have to consider it would work in our favour if we look for someone else to add to the roaster. It doesn’t have to be a now thing, but I’m just saying it has to happen. Definitely it has to be a female,” K.O added.

K.O’s manager, Moremedi, expressed the view that introducing a female artist to Skhanda World would be beneficial, bringing a touch of softness to the team. “We really looking into getting a female artist, I think it would be dope, bring some softness in the team,” Moremedi said.
