Moozlie Celebrates Coveted Glamour SA Award Win. The multi-talented rapper and entrepreneur took centre stage as she clinched a coveted award at the prestigious Glamour South Africa Awards.
The event was held at a glamorous venue in Johannesburg and brought together a constellation of celebrities, influencers, and industry leaders to recognize and honour excellence in various fields. Due to her commitment to the CottonFest event in Cape Town, Moozlie was unable to attend the award ceremony, hence she shared a video appreciating the honour from the award organisers.
The rapper conveyed her appreciation to Glamour SA for recognizing her noteworthy contributions to the South African entertainment industry after winning the Entertainment Game Changer Award.
“What’s up guys this is your girl Moozlie, first of all, I’m so sorry I couldn’t be there with you in person, I’m actually getting ready to host CottonFest out in Cape Town, you know how I’m doing, always doing it for the culture,” Moozlie said.
“Thank you so much for this huge huge honour, I have to thank the two Gs, God and Glamour Magazine because if it wasn’t for you guys obviously it would not be possible and I’m so so grateful,” she added.
Moozlie emphasized her longstanding desire to be a game-changer since the inception of her career a decade ago, expressing that this dream is now bearing fruit and yielding results. “I remember when I started in the game like over ten years ago, all I ever wanted to do was be a game-changer. So I wanna send a shout-out to the girl who started back then because this one is definitely for you.”
The Skhanda Queen has devised her enduring dedication to the entertainment industry, expressing gratitude for the appreciation bestowed upon her in recognition of all that she has contributed to the industry.
“One thing my experience has taught me is that it’s not always about disrupting the system, sometimes it’s about loving the system, it’s about learning from the system and most importantly servicing the game. That’s all I’ve always tried to do with my time, so to be honoured this way is really so special. Not only to me but to the culture that I love so much.
“So thank you once again, to God to my family, to my friends, to my glam team! I love you guys so much to everybody who has supported me along the way, you guys are amazing I pray that God fills your cup and thank you Glamour Magazine, I love you guys, and many more years to come.” A cheerful Moozlie said.
