“No s*x, no eating” – L-Tido Embarks On 21-Day Fast. As the year 2024 unfolds, there is a collective desire among many to commence it with divine protection from the Almighty God. Among those actively seeking this spiritual safeguard is L-Tido, who has committed to a 21-day fast.

“No s*x, no eating” – L-Tido Embarks On 21-Day Fast

L-Tido took to Instagram, sharing a video clip and announced that he has embarked on a 21-day fast. The rapper went on and urged his followers to send their best wishes, seeking their support for a successful completion of his fasting journey.

The 21-day fast is a practice observed in various religious and spiritual traditions and involves abstaining from both food and certain activities for an extended period. L-Tido, however, has added a unique twist by including a commitment to celibacy throughout the fasting period.

“It’s quarter-past 12 right now and I’m hungry but I can’t eat. I started this fasting basically for like 21 days, this is the tenth day so I’ve like eleven days to go,” he said. “I dont eat after 6 pm until the next day at 10 am, so I dont eat and I dont have s*x from 6 pm to 10 am. Yeah man, so far so good, I have eleven more days to go, wish me luck,” L-Tido added.

L-Tido is not the sole South African rapper redirecting his focus to God; others such as Cassper Nyovest and PH Raw have also proclaimed Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. This shift in spiritual emphasis occurs against the backdrop of a cultural landscape marred by the untimely deaths of notable artists, including AKA, Costa Titch, and Riky Rick, leaving a profound impact on the industry.
