Lolli Native On Merging His Music And Acting Careers. Lolli Native is a name becoming increasingly familiar not only in SA Hip Hop, but the famed rapper has extended his talent into the acting industry.

During an interview on the Quite The Ordinary Podcast, the Emtee Records artist expressed that his passion for acting has always been as strong as his passion for music. He emphasized that acting, like music, is about storytelling and connecting with the audience.

“I believe I’m just telling stories in my music and people interpret it the way they want. It’s either I’m telling a story that I’ve been through or I’m telling a story I’ve seen, and acting is that telling a story” Lolli native said.

“It’s a dream I’ve always had, like I always want to be an entertainer, I just lock myself in just a rapper. So definitely when the opportunity came which I always wanted I took it with both hands the same way I took the music opportunity and it also great to see that grow,” he added.

The talented ‘Nyanga’ chanter has successfully secured roles in not one, but two popular shows: the series “Adulting” and the ETV telenovela “Isiphetho – Destiny.”
