Solo Reveals He Still Believes Lady Zamar’s Allegations Against Sjava In New Verse On KidX’s Track

Solo Reveals He Still Believes Lady Zamar’s Allegations Against Sjava In New Verse On KidX’s Track. KidX at the beginning of October dropped his latest full-body of work, a project titled Father Of Zen. The album touches on various topics from fatherhood to societal issues such as gender-based violence. The 2xSAMA award-winning rapper collaborated with Solo Ntsizwa Ka Mthimkhulu on a track called, Do Better, which features on the album. The song is a message for people, especially men to do better, a much-needed reminder especially since men tend to make the headlines for the wrong reasons.

Hip Hop artists are also not immune to making headlines for the wrong reasons. In his latest verse, Solo makes his thoughts known about the allegations award-winning songstress Lady Zamar made against multi-award-winning artist Sjava. Solo’s verse on the song is controversial and certainly got the people talking and even the rapper, thought the verse might not make the cut. Solo Ntsizwa Ka Mthimkhulu in his verse says, “Talent gets a pass male advantage. The birthright from demons in our past. I say this to say, I still believe Lady Zamar And if it ricochets, it’s proof of what I think about stars.”

Solo who recently changed his stage name to Solo Ntsizwa Ka Mthimkhulu is known to get deep when it comes to his pen and speak on those tough societal issues. His verse, which is his first offering for 2021, has been praised by his fans, with some dubbing the track their favourite on KidX’s album. One fan even commended Solo on his wordsmith abilities, the fan shared that they “marvelled” at the rapper’s verse on the song, Do Better. “I marvelled (???) at your verse in “Do Better” @SoloNtsizwa … 11 years on and you still amaze me w/ your wordsmith abilities. Thank you??, “ said the fan.

Lady Zamar had opened a case of rape against Sjava, in 2019, for an incident that allegedly took place in Thoyondou, Limpopo, in 2017. The charges were later thrown out by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) on the grounds “the facts or evidence do not support a successful prosecution”. The case was a huge talking point on social media and created a division as fans picked sides. Lady Zamar and Sjava were romantically involved for two years but kept their relationship under wraps and it only became public knowledge when they confirmed that they split. Sjava has always maintained that the allegations were false. The rapper even posted a video on social media where he denied raping Lady Zamar but apologised for the hurt he caused her.
