After unleashing his latest musical gem, “Say It To Yourself,” just last month, the Tembisa-born rapper embarked on a captivating journey to immerse fans into a vividly dramatized rendition of the song.

Directed by Ntshepe Farah Nkosi, Touchline Truth came through with a fervent desire to convey the raw emotions and profound messages encapsulated within the lyrics. The rapper ventured into a realm where every beat, every word, and every gesture became a brushstroke on the canvas of his artistic expression.

In the gripping narrative of “Doubt,” the spotlight shone brightly on Snazzy B, while Touchline skillfully wove a tapestry of words that resonated deeply with the essence of his track “Say It To Yourself.” As Snazzy B grappled with his inner demons, the struggles depicted mirrored the poignant realities faced by young souls navigating the tumultuous waters of life. Each scene served as a poignant reflection, echoing the very sentiments encapsulated within the heartfelt sentiment of his song.

“It was uh, another one of those nights where I doubt myself and wish I was someone else. These pillows seen all my tears they know them well. Still, wake up smiling in the morning you wouldn’t tell, I know they wouldn’t listen if I said how I really felt. I can’t even post about my biggest and deepest problems, the best they could ever do for me is to leave a comment,” Touchline narrates.

“I dont know one person that’s loved for being honest, I probably know two people that know how to keep a promise and heartbreak is necessary we are all stronger dont tell me about friendships and orgasms last longer. When I feel down I look for where my mom’s arms are. My boys taught themselves to be men because they lost fathers. Now it’s Hennesy, now it’s Jager it helps them forget.”

Steering away from the abyss of self-doubt, Touchline’s Truth storyline underwent a remarkable transformation. Casting aside the shadows of demoralization, he confronted doubt head-on, reminding himself of the boundless potential within. With unwavering resolve, he echoed affirmations of his ability to conquer obstacles and manifest his dreams into tangible realities.

“You hate on yourself so much, you dont need jealous friends, you dont even need the fake people that the devil sends cuz you already represent, you already see yourself as irrelevant you dont know that you heaven sent.

“Sometimes I’m hopeless, sometimes I dream big then I start to be realistic maybe I’m just meant to end up here like the other guys who chased all their dreams and eventually got tired of trying but I gotta make it right? I mean something gotta give, I haven’t seen but I’m pretty sure there’s other ways to live right? I deserve more than what I’m getting cuz I’m more than what they see, always been happy to see others win.”
