“80% Of Rappers Aren’t Even Saying Sh*t” – Says AKA

AKA took time to speak on the sa hip hop industry which he termed as under crisis, major gardens crisis! In a series of tweets AKA cited the industry rappers failure to focus on subject matter other than money by saying “80% of rappers aren’t even saying shit. Can’t even write a song about falling IN or falling OUT of love. They just money money money”

AKA added on to say “SA HIP HOP/RAP is in the midst of an identity crisis. You dummies praise & congratulate Black Coffee but are totally unwilling to follow his example. Totally unwilling to sound like yourselves.So you wanna bring up Black Coffee ….ok. Do you think he would of made it on that album ……..IF HE SOUNDED LIKE FUCKIN’ FUTURE?!?!?!So you wanna bring up Black Coffee ….ok. He went on to blame the fans for what he termed their failure to hold musicians accountable and always gassing rappers when they music is crap! His tweet read “I blame YOU for consuming this shit. For blatantly ignoring your conscience, making artists think you actually want to hear this shit.”
