That figure, which includes 1 million sales in the U.S. alone, adds to Drizzy’s previous claims that Views sold 360,000 copies in one night. Currently No. 1 on iTunes in 95 countries, Views will arrive at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart next week.

Physical copies are due at retailers on Friday (May 6), while other streaming platforms are slated to receive the album on May 13. A day after Views hits other streaming services, Drizzy will work double duty on “SNL.” On May 14, he’s set to serve as host and musical guest for the second time in his career.
