“It’s Not Enough To Be A Good Man” Maraza Calls For Black Brothers To Be Anti Bad Men. Known to always tell it like it is, Maraza broke his silence on all the social injustices that have been going on around the world saying that just being the good guy in the situation is not gonna cut it.
The rapper dedicated the lengthy video posted on twitter to Tshegofatso Pule from Soweto who was found in a veld in Roodepoort hung from a tree with stab wounds to her chest, allegedly done by her boyfriend whilst eight months pregnant.
Maraza spoke of how it’s not enough to just be a good man while women are constantly suffering at the hands of “pathetic men” saying he believes that there are good people in the midst of the bad but a lot of them stand aside and let bad things happen.
“Not all white people are evil the problem is the non racist white people, a lot of them stand aside while their racist friends or family members commit their racism” He said.
He then appealed to all the good men of Mzansi, especially the black men because he identifies with them the most than any other race, saying that it’s not enough to be a good man but one must be anti bad men period.
“It’s no longer enough for me to keep a happy home within my own walls, it takes a village to raise a kid just like it takes an army of to take down evil men” he said.
he also appealed to those who defend themselves protesting that it’s #NotAllMen who are bad saying that he hates it too when people generalize that all men are trash but, it’s not enough to just not be trash.
“We have to do something to and about these guys who feel that their strength should be displayed by putting it on top of a woman and squeezing her lifeless” he said.
He is now redirecting his anger to the men of South Africa
