BCCSA Sues SABC1 For Profane Language On Cassper’s DVD! SABC1 was sued by the BCCSA for playing Casspers DVD which had profane language.
SABC1 is supposedly being sued for R20,000 after playing the DVD on TV without warning viewers of the profanity on the video. They got sued after viewers complained about the profanity on the DVD as this is in violation of the Broadcasting Code of Conduct.
A lot of Hip Hop fans blamed the matter on race saying that it never happens to white movies. “They never do that on American Movies…they were broadcasting 8 Mile but no1 said anything,” was a response given by one of Casspers fan.
