Cassper Reveals The Brand Collaboration That Saved Him Financially. Rapper Cassper Nyovest during his interview with Banques and Venom, the rapper revealed that a certain brand he worked with helped him financially. The rapper shared with the DJs what happened to his deal with AG mobile, how the company got liquated and he actually lost money instead of making it.

The rapper was asked by Banques if he would go back to that route to which he boldly responded no his with Samsung now. “Through that, I think Samsung saw that this guy we can use him in this mobile tech industry. So yeah Samsung has been taking care of me, I think our contract is ending soon.” Banques then exclaims “Bump the cheese up,” he goes on to add “You heard that the contract is expiring soon.”

Cassper told the hosts that “the relationship with Samsung has been so good,” adding “and they saved me!”. Cassper then gets candid and says “I will not lie to you guys, Play and Samsung saved my personal life, not my career”. The rapper further explained that “personally, I don’t think I would have been able to meet my turnover requirements to keep the company running”.

In 2019, Cassper signed a multi-million rand deal with Samsung, a deal at the time he called his biggest one of his career. He tweeted at the time “All the money I’ve invested in my career finally starting to pay off!!!” Samsung was even the headline sponsor for his Fill Up concert at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Rustenburg. The deal was very fruitful for Cassper as the brand put him on TV ads and on like 40 billboards.

In 2020, Cassper landed a deal with energy drink, Play at the time, Cassper shared on social media. “#TeamNyovest lets welcome @PlayEnergyDrink to the family!!!! Im officially the new PowerPlay ambassador! This is gonna be a dope partnership.. TSIBIP!!!! Lets go! #PowerPlayCassper is the movement.”

Venom also asked Cassper “do you think that’s cause you take risks in what you do?” to which he responded, “of course“. Cassper shared with the hosts that he has however learnt better financial moves as in the beginning he would act like he had the money “fake it till you make it” but now brands are paying him the amounts of money that he acted as he had.
