The rapper has not been very active when it comes to releasing music last year, and he only managed to drop a handful of tracks just to keep his pen game alive. When it comes to making music that has rocked the streets, Cassper may not have been able to keep up with the other rappers in the game. But the few songs he has released have had a big impact.

However, Mufasa proved that he still have it in him when he dropped Pardon My Arrogance. Some may argue that the song wasn’t his finest, yet it has appeared on one of the biggest platforms in the world of entertainment.

Taking to Twitter, Cassper Nyovest celebrated his track Pardon My Arrogance premiering on Netflix reality TV show Young, Famous & African. “We make soundtracks. #PardonMyArrogance,” tweeted Cassper. Mufasa has however promised to drop a new album this year.

The rapper said he is strictly dropping a hip-hop album even though he has dabbled into the amapiano wave. Even though he has not specified any official release date, the rapper has made it clear that he will release a perfect album this year.

This album is perfect. I might not drop a single. I might just drop the whole project so it’s received in context. I don’t want any confusion so, the song that is dropping before the album isn’t a single. It’s a campaign. It’s a dope song but it’s not the sound of the album.” Tweeted Cassper.
