Blaklez & Kid Tini Don’t Think The Hottest MC’s List Should Have A Different Name. Both rappers were not on the list even though it’s clear that in terms of bars, both artists put out some of the best verses this year.
According to the homies, calling the MTV Base list #HottestMC’s list is a bit misleading because they don’t really look at MC’ing as much as they do. Kid Tini feels like the list is focusing more on PR work instead of being an MC.
” The list is more about PR work you know, who got more hype. I don’t think it should be called Hottest MC’s man that’s just how I feel yo” said KiD Tini. “Respect to everybody that was on there, I understand with lists you can not make anybody happy. You could have had a Blaklez on and people would ask what he is doing there” explained Blaklez.
