New Release: Major Lazer X Maphorisa – Particular Video [ft Nasty C, Jidenna]

Major Lazer have finally released their music video for Particular. Major Lazer is an electronic music trio composed of record producer Diplo, and DJs Jillionaire and Walshy Fire. It was founded by Diplo and Switch, but Switch left in 2011. Its music spans numerous genres, mixing reggae with dancehall, reggaeton, soca house and moombahton.

The trio has been doing a lot of work with a lot of African musicians and Particular is one record that has definitely been making waves around the world and every artist on it is African.

The music video is pretty fresh and showcases an authentic African vibe which is basically what the record is! We are super excited to see the type of impact this record is going to have on the world stage! Check out the music video and tell us what you think:
